When you have a need for service, we guarantee to respond within 48 hours or less to meet that need.
Backyard Living, not a third party, has the parts and the trained technicians to perform all warranty work on your new spa.
Backyard Living will not add a trip/service charge on your new spa for repairs as long as the spa resides in our service area. (75 mile radius of 7911 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS.).
If, within the first 30 days after delivery, you decide that another model would better meet your needs, Backyard Living will exchange the spa and apply the full purchase price to the exchange. There will be no charge for pick up or delivery of the spas. Construction, electrical, crane fees, water or other costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Deposits are 100% refundable for any reason, at any time prior to delivery.
Upon delivery, Backyard Living will educate you on spa operation and proper water care.
